Kettlebells are amazing!They build muscle quickly and muscle helps you burn calories! You'll look better and lose weight faster using a kettlebell routine. For best results alternate between a kettlebell exercise plan and an aerobic exercise day. Have one day off a week. Get up 20 minutes earlier and do them before you shower for work in the morning! Simple and easy. Within just over a week I've noticed a huge difference in how toned I am! Fantastic! Wish I'd got one six months ago when I first heard of them!

You feel like you're having a real workout. There's an exercise plan included with it that gives you lots of exercises. There's videos available to buy too if you want to follow a DVD. They're easy to hold and the exercises are a bit different from using weights at the gym. It can be done in your lounge easily too. I've got a York kettlebell and think it's great but there are other makes too.
