1. Not eating enough. Yes its true. Its possible to not eat enough.
2. Getting impatient and giving up.
3. Bingeing and giving up.
4. Giving up.
5. Getting depressed cos its not working quick enough and giving up.
6. Getting drunk! Do you know how many calories are in beer?
7. Not being realistic. It took you a long time to get fat and it'll take you longer to get thin!
8. Skipping meals - its a bad idea cos you'll get hungry and won't be near sensible food and so will cheat!
9. Not reading labels on food! Check whether it says per biscuit or per 100g!
10. Not drinking enough liquids - and water is best
11. Boredom. Too little variation and you'll get bored and you know what that means!
12. Skipping breakfast. Bad idea.
13. Not keeping a record of what you eat. Its the only way to make sure you know for sure... write it down and then review it if you're not losing weight.
14. Fruit juice isn't fruit! Eating a piece of fruit is better for you - the fruit has more fibre in!
15. Not exercising! You need to!
16. Dieting alone - get some moral support.
