Diet Diary? So you'd like to write
a diet diary for this site? (Or even for yourself?)
What would you put in your diary?
The obvious things are :
- What you've eaten
- Whether you've stuck to your plan
- Why you didn't stick to you plan
- Hints and tricks of dieting
- How you managed when you had lunch or dinner out
- Info about you - but not too much if you don't want
- Your weight and height,
- how long you've been dieting
- What your target weight is
If you'd like us to publish your diary then write a few days worth, or
maybe even a weeks, then contact us with it and we'll put it online.

What we recommend is you print some of these (Or use a different layout
if you like) and keep them in a folder - and write in them every week.
If you can look back over good weeks when you're having a bad week it'll
sure help!
I'd be looking ideally for something every week, maybe every fortnight
to add to your diary section - let me know whether you think you could
do this and perhaps you could write week 1?
My thoughts on a diary week... would be:
Def looking for a regular contribution - whether weekly or fortnightly,
or monthly.
The idea would be that the dieter would write about their week,
perhaps what they've eaten, weight loss, pics possibly.
Days they've found difficult, their thoughts on dieting generally, tips
and hints which work, their dieting history,
What I'd hope the site would provide would be feedback and support, and
a regular outlet for frustration and difficulties we all have when dieting.
I'd like to encourage feedback about the diary, and would hopefully publish
some comments, as well as pass on people's support to the dieter.
I'm happy to help with any diet help I can - and I think other readers
would too.
If you think fully documenting your diet - we could start it at day one
with a start pic of you , - will help you in your struggle with dieting
then why not try it?
Start could be photo (we can hide your ID if you like by covering your
face?), weight and measurements.
